Commercial work is priced per project after a site visit, based on the floor and wall areas, access, specification and working hours. Larger flat areas are often priced in the region of £12–£25 per m², and smaller jobs on a day-rate basis. Out-of-hours working can be included where needed – we'll show it clearly on the quote.
